Complementarity in dark matter searches

Friday November 25th, 14:30hs -  Seminar room

Speaker: David G. Cerdeño (Instituto de Fisica Teorica, UAM/CSIC, Madrid)

Abstract:

I will discuss the complementary role of the different experimental methods to search for dark matter.

In particular, I will show how hypothetical future collider data may not suffice to completely identify the model for dark matter (exemplified with the neutralino in the MSSM) and how direct o indirect dark matter detection could be used to determine some of its properties in an unambiguous way.
