A Human Resources strategy for IFAE reseachers
This document describes the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers through which IFAE will help its researchers and IFAE itself to incorporate the 40 principles and requirements of the European Charter for Researchers and of the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers in the centre’s day‐to‐day activity.
Gender Equality Plan
IFAE’s Gender Equality Plan must include an internal analysis, goals, strategies and actions to achieve the aimed goals, and follow‐up and evaluation mechanisms. It is incuded within an overall Diversity Program, as stated in its Action Plan 2017‐2020 submitted to the European Commission on the occasion of the HR Excellence in Research Award of the EC’s Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R).
Protocol for dealing with, preventing and erradicating workplace harrassement at IFAE
IFAE regulates by means of this protocol, the problem of harassment in the workplace, establishing methods to prevent it and deal with any cases that may arise, with all appropriate guarantees and taking current legislation into account
