PIC updated network to 200Gbps

Port d'Informació CientíficaThe network team at PIC achieved an important milestone after 2 years of development. The network at PIC has been migrated from a 20Gbps to a 200Gbps link in a very smooth way.
This will allow the experiments to increase the bandwidth they transfer data in and out of PIC’s datacenter.

Closing event of the IN-CAEM project

On 26 November, the ALBA Synchrotron hosted the event marking the completion of the IN-CAEM project and the presentation of its new advanced facilities for the study of materials relevant to the energy transition. Gonzalo Merino attended on behalf of PIC.
