Manuel Delfino appointed STAC member of EGO

Manuel Delfino has been appointed member of the Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) of the European Gravitational Observatory (EGO).

He attended his first meeting last week (23-24 May). An important part of the EGO-STAC mandate is to review the progress of the Virgo interferometer.

Installation of new cryostat in the QCT Lab

September 13, 2023

The installation of a new cryostat from Leiden Cryogenics is ongoing at the QCT Lab by the Qilimanjaro team. The new equipment is part of the Quantum Spain project coordinated by BSC of giving remote access to a 5-qubit quantum chip.
