Manuel Delfino appointed STAC member of EGO

Port d'Informació CientíficaManuel Delfino has been appointed member of the Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) of the European Gravitational Observatory (EGO).
He attended his first meeting last week (23-24 May). An important part of the EGO-STAC mandate is to review the progress of the Virgo interferometer.

Closing event of the IN-CAEM project

On 26 November, the ALBA Synchrotron hosted the event marking the completion of the IN-CAEM project and the presentation of its new advanced facilities for the study of materials relevant to the energy transition. Gonzalo Merino attended on behalf of PIC.
