Gravitational Waves GroupMaria Paola Vaccaro has just joined the GW group as PhD student.
She graduated in physics at the University of Pisa and later I got a master degree in astrophysics and cosmology at the University of Padua, where she studied the dynamics of black holes in dense stellar environments.

LVK announced the detection of two gravitational-wave signals — designated GW241011 and GW241110 — that indicate the merger of binary black holes exhibiting unusual mass ratios and spin orientations.
