Observational Cosmology GroupHui Kong has joined the Observational Cosmology Group as a postdoc researcher.
Hui graduated at the University of Science and Technology of China and got her PhD in Physics at the Ohio State University. She is interested cosmology, large scale structure, Image simulation in the context of the DESI, DES and LSST collaborations.

Carles Sánchez obtains a Consolidación Investigadora grant

Carles Sánchez, member of the Observational Cosmology Group at the Institut de Física d’Altes Energies, has obtained a Consolidación Investigadora grant from the Spanish Ministry of Science through the UAB (Departament de Física, Unitat d’Altes Energies).

Andreu Font-Ribera appointed ICREA Professor at IFAE

Andreu Font-Ribera has been appointed ICREA Research Professor at the Institut de Física d’Altes Energies (IFAE), reinforcing the institute’s leadership. With this appointment, IFAE now hosts eight ICREA professors.
