New positions in the IFAE Organization

Gravitational Waves GroupMario Martinez, ICREA professor at IFAE and head of the Gravitational Waves Group, is the new Director of the Experimental Division and takes on the role of IFAE Deputy Director. Martine Bosman, retiring Director of the Experimental Division, assumes the status of IFAE Emeritus.

From 5 to 7 May 2026, the Einstein Telescope Preparatory Phase INFRA-DEV Annual Meeting is being held in Barcelona, hosted by the Institut de Física d’Altes Energies. The event takes place at the UPF Barcelona School of Management.
