César defended his thesis in IFAE

The 5th edition of the awards of the Division of Theoretical and Particle Physics (DFTP) of the RSEF recognized the best theses presented in Spanish universities during 2022. César Jesús Valls received the DFTP prize in Experimental Physics for his thesis, “Analysis of the single π+ production in neutrino neutral current interactions and instrumentation developments for the future understanding of neutrino physics using the ND280 detector of the T2K experiment,” presented at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona under the supervision of professors Thorsten Lux and Federico Sánchez.
