Observational Cosmology GroupSimon Samuroff has joined the Cosmology group as a Postdoctoral researcher.
Simon Samuroff is an observational cosmologist, interested in using weak lensing in galaxy surveys to understand the large scale structure of the universe. He has been a member of the Dark Energy Survey (DES) for several years, and is currently co-lead of the cosmic shear analysis team. One key focus of his work is understanding how astrophysical effects (arising from galaxy formation processes, baryonic feedback etc) can interact with, and potentially bias, cosmological measurements.
Welcome Simon!
