Scanning Tunneling Spectroscopy of Superconducting Nitridized Aluminum Thin Films

“Scanning Tunneling Spectroscopy of Superconducting Nitridized Aluminum Thin Films” , by Alba Torras-Coloma, Pol Forn-Díaz and collaborators, has been published in the Journal of Low Temperature Physics.

The work, carried out in collaboration with the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and the group of Herman Suderow, reports on the measurement of the superconducting density of states in nitridized aluminum. This material, developed at the Institut de Física d’Altes Energies, is being actively explored for applications in qubit technologies.
