From 5 to 7 May 2026, the Einstein Telescope Preparatory Phase INFRA-DEV Annual Meeting is being held in Barcelona, hosted by the Institut de Física d’Altes Energies. The event takes place at the UPF Barcelona School of Management.

The three-day meeting brings together coordinators of the ET-PP work packages, members of the ET governing bodies, and key stakeholders involved in the project. Participants meet to review the current status of ET-PP activities, discuss progress across different areas, and define the next steps for the project.

The programme includes plenary sessions and parallel discussions covering technical developments, coordination across work packages, and planning for the continuation of the Einstein Telescope initiative beyond the preparatory phase. This next phase will be carried forward through the ET-COMPASS project, which will build on the work developed within ET-PP.

As part of the meeting, participants also engage in networking activities, including a social event scheduled during the first day of the conference.

This annual meeting represents a key moment for coordination within the ET-PP project, supporting ongoing collaboration and the consolidation of plans for the future of the Einstein Telescope.
